i made moondog as an art therapy tool for my self to work through whatever big feelings i’m in at that moment.

to authentically express emotion and step away. moondog unlocks my capacity to express autonomy amid inevitably big feelings. in expressing these feelings and somatically working them through their cycle, i identify concepts that i’m drawn to dive into. when i dive into data, my brain translates that information to the textures of sound & tangible design.

i have more energy now. moondog affirms i’m safe to exist as me. i now have the capacity to show up in my relationships, my passion projects, and everyday interactions with other humans.

i’m excited to keep listening to moondog with intent based on whatever context i’m in. already, these big feelings are more manageable, and inspire me to navigate weather with wonder…
